The Year-End Fundraising Blueprint is a 4-week live course – plus a bonus engagement session – specifically designed for small to mid-sized pregnancy centers to maximize year-end giving and donor engagement.

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will:

  1. Plan with Purpose – Develop a Christ-centered year-end campaign anchored in Scripture and aligned with your center’s mission.
  2. Set and Segment Goals – Establish clear giving goals and break them down by donor segments.
  3. Craft Effective Appeals – Write inspiring, story-driven direct mail and email appeals that communicate both impact and need.
  4. Leverage Giving Tuesday with Confidence – Create coordinated, faith-infused Giving Tuesday messaging across email, social, and print.
  5. Build a Unified Communications Calendar – Integrate print, email, and social content from November through year-end.
  6. Create & Schedule Campaign Assets – Finalize donor-facing materials (Christmas cards, letters, emails, social posts) for launch by mid-November.
  7. Activate Board & Volunteers – Equip your team to be ambassadors for the campaign through sharing, invitations, and prayer.
  8. Execute the Final Push – Implement a strategy for the last 3 days of the year to maximize results.
  9. Close the Loop with Gratitude – Prepare timely, heartfelt thank-you communications and January follow-up plans.
  10. Lead Boldly in Faith – Grow in spiritual confidence, covering your campaign in prayer and trusting God for the outcome.
